Samenvatting
The city of 's- Hertogenbosch has introduced, in the framework of 25% less accidents in the year 2000, a traffic safety plan. The report presents the following spear heads for this policy (1) the prevention of driving while influenced (2) the enforcement of the maximum speed limits (3) the improvement in the use of safety belts and crash helmets (4) reconstruction of accident black spots, and (5) special attention for the young, not experienced road user and for the elderly which react less alert.
