Samenvatting
An AUSTROADS project was established to prepare minimum competencies and standards appropriate for the licensing of novice car drivers. A workshop then looked at how best to link the specifications with competency based driver training. The amalgamated package is intended to be used by licensing authorities as the basis for developing programs for the initial licensing of novice drivers.
