Samenvatting
An abridged form of the report Obstacles along the road is presented. In the literature review obstacles are considered only as subjects standing in zones along the roads for instance trees, lighting columns, traffic signs and bridge piers. These all have a useful function but can be dangerous by design and their location. To show in which way the danger can be decreased a study is made of national and international literature.
