Samenvatting
The kinematics of occupants of light motor vehicles thatare involved in frontal collisions are presented. Para-meters investigated for their effect on occupant kinema-tics include vehicle crash intensity, crash pulse shapeand duration, pre-crash braking, occupant size, seatfrietion, vehicle interior space characteristics, occupantseating distante from vehicle contact points and types ofoccupant restraints.
