Samenvatting
In the introduction is opposed against traffic as a remaining- factor, as pure utility. Traffic can have a more fundamental meaning in personal life. In cities of middle size, this fundamental meaning can be regained. Some data of counts of travellers at one moment on the road are given. The method of observation is explained. The uses of these counts are treated.
