Samenvatting
This research was designed to provide an empirical foundation for the evaluation of travel time changes resulting from infrastructure provision and transport policy measures. The study was designed in two phases, the first relying on analysis of existing data containing so- called revealed preferences, and the second consisting of a stated preference experiment conducted with car drivers and public transport passengers.
