The number of accidents in which motorized vehicles for disabled persons are involved, is rather small as compared with the other categories of vehicles. While there are no data available on the total number of these vehicles and on the number of kilometers travelled, it is difficult to say if motorized vehicles for disabled persons are relatively more or less involved in accidents. Most accidents with these vehicles occur in urban areas, at daylight and under dry weather conditions
