Samenvatting
The third article in the series on accidents on wet roads describes a method by which a limited number of road sections may be selected for the improvement of physical safety factors. The Province of Noord-Brabant therefore has established a yearly review of its roads, taking into account- for the short term- the latest accident records. For the long term data on skid resistance play an important role, plus other data on road surface, traffic density and road accidents. For part I and II see B 15686 and B 15805.
