Samenvatting
The third article in the series on accidents on wet roads describes a method by which a limited number of road sections may be selected for the improvement of physical safety factors. The Province of Noord-Brabant therefore has established a yearly review of its roads, taking into account, for the short term, the latest accident records. For the long term data on skid resistance play an important role, plus other data on road surface, traffic density and road accidents. For part I and II see B 15686 and B 15805.
