Samenvatting
West German authorities are preparing an alteration of the law with respect to the maximum permissible promilage of the blood alcohol content. Sinds 1966 the limit in 1,3 pro mille, now a modefication into o,8 pro mille is suggered. In this article some adversaries of the proposal mention resons why they don't agree with the modification.
