Samenvatting
Due to mobility- developments public transport has to play a more prominent part to meet the increasing demand in transportation. This is a big challenge to fulfil. It cannot be neglected, so it has to be accepted. The Delft University of Technology has carried out research into consumers appreciation of various attributes of trips and developed an optimizational model as a planners tool to adjust the public transport services to changing demand patterns.
