Samenvatting
In the lecture on public lighting outside built-up areas emphasis is laid on the following main points: (1) when has a road or a junction to be lighted and which quality criteria should be used, (2) even if the measures of economy are not of interest for energy conservation, they are of interest for the decrease of exploitation cost, and (3) in the construction of a public lighting installation it is necessary to coordinate the different disciplines involved.
