Operation and maintenance of transportation facilities : statements of research problems.

This report of problem statements is intended to offer concise, specific statements of research needs from which elements for a research program or individual projects may be drawn. Recommendations are given in order to strengthen the procedures for preparation, publication, and dissemination of research problem statements.
