Samenvatting
The experimental introduction of the ofos (the Dutch title for the blown-up cycle lane) is not a matter of traffic engineering alone. This article gives the police point of view. Traffic still requires enforcement and therefore a legal status of traffic provisions. Two-wheelers may not claim more rights than those laid down in legal rules.
