Samenvatting
A research project to determine the various effects of modern tires on both road pavement life and road transport operation costs in Scandinavia is being undertaken jointly by the Swedish VTI and the finnish VTT. This interim report documents progress on the initial stages of the project - the review and assessment of current technology and the planning of a consequent experimental program.
