Samenvatting
In recent years it has become more and more popular to regard drinking-driving as a health problem rather than a crime. Canada has recently also begun to reassess the sentencing of impaired driving offenders and has accordingly developed treatment and rehabilitation programmes for drinking-driving offenders. An evaluation of on such a programme that is being run in Oshawa is described.
