An attempt is made to built a framework for the introduction on primary schools. Parents are concerned in the education of their children and it is desirable that they concerned also in traffic education. The most important link in this chain is the teacher, which has to teach not alone the children but also the parents and which must have the attitude to cooperate with the parents.
