Samenvatting
The parental responsibility for the traffic safety of their children, the lack of a parental example of good traffic behaviour, and their, , dubious" concern about the journey to and from school are discussed and criticised. After the various efforts by mothers and teachers to escort school- children, the children's own road crossing patrols are discussed. Finally the safety of children in motorcars is mentioned with emphasis on safety belts.
