Samenvatting
Each year more than one million accidents occur in the European Community. In total more than one and a half million persons were injured and fifty thousend persons were killed in a traffic accident. The condition of the infrastructure is the main cause of a distracted big number of accidents. Estimations vary from 15 to 30%.
