Samenvatting
The Dutch government is doing too little for improving the quality of traffic safety. The Dutch Institute for Road Safety Research SWOV has given many advices to the national government, but the government has brushed aside these advices, sometimes for political reasons. On the other hand the question could be raised if the advices were always well considered, real and on time. Now there is a struggle for power at the cost of traffic safety.
