Overseas research and practices in traffic engineering and related areas : report on study leave program.

A report of visit is given covering both operational and research bodies, given particular emphasis to traffic operations and human factors research. Attention is given to differences in driver behaviour and social attitudes which could affect the relevance of overseas research findings to the Australian situation.
