Samenvatting
The authors report on one part of an overall program to develop means of aiding drivers to solve problems of judgement on rural highways which lead to hazardous overtaking and passing situations. The study refines the requirements of overtaking and passing manoeuvres on two-lane rural roads under adverse visibility conditions.
