Samenvatting
This report has been prepared to present an accurate and comprehensive picture which is representative for national and international activities in highway and traffic safety. Activities of various countries and events regarding highway and motor vehicle safety are studied. However, national and international changes are taken place during this study, and therefore the state of affair as described in this report may no longer correctly or adequately portray the international safety scene.
