Samenvatting
A working group was installed to give recommendations as regards the use of horses in traffic. The recommendations should be define to: 1) traffic education of horsemen and coachmen; 2) lighting and visibility of horsemen; 3) the responsibility, and 4) licence systems and local regulations. The driving licence for horsemen is stressed. Competences of the police should be in force for horsemen as well as other road users.
