Samenvatting

Saliva levels of drugs are supposed to represent the free drug concentration in blood and may be therefore a useful tool in response studies, such as the effect of drugs on driving performance. In correlation studies, e. g. between free blood and saliva levels of drugs, the data from each individual driver should be used.
