Samenvatting
It is shown that in the development of townplanning of Zoetermeer it is not enough only to indicate a current parking norm. In the existing areas are in some cases a surplus and in other cases a shortage of parking places at an equal norm. The purpose of this article is to get an insight of the occupational characteristics of parking places in residential areas; to fix the visitors part in these and to make rules which show the influence of the exchangeability.
