Samenvatting
This report focuses on the relationship between the parking situation and the transport mode choice of town centre visitors. In order to gain more insight into this, questionnaires were distributed in the Dutch city of Boxtel. Using the questionnaire data a descriptive analysis and a model analysis was performed. It appears that the transport mode choice is influenced by the parking situation. The stated choice model, with which the effects of changes in the parking situation on the transport mode can be predicted, is highly satisfactory.
