In Denmark is the obligation of providing parking space at each dwelling or activity. To fulfil the laid down parking space obligation becomes however more difficult the closer you come to the city centre. Dispensation is the possible, and the most commonly used form of dispensation is to pay a stipulated amount to the Parking Fund. Thereafter the money is used by the municipality for construction of public parking places in city area.
