The incredible profileration of the automobile since the middle of the century has meant a.o. that we have had to undertake "parking space" management in the cities. This report deals with the two aspects of this management (1) the existence of a parking policy and (2) to implement this policy, with the accent more particularly on informing users and the part played by devices.
