Samenvatting
Subjects were pretested in an on-the-road situation requiring that they estimate the last possible moment for safely passing a lead vehicle in the face of an oncoming vehicle. The subjects were then exposed to a number of filmed scenes and again required to estimate the last possible safe moment for passing. A posttest conducted on the road showed that there was a significant improvement in the performance of the group that had received feedback during the training session.
