This report contains a summary of the proceedings of the two-day National Highway Traffic Safety Administration NHTSA meeting, held in the ANA Hotel in Washington, D.C. from February 21-22, 1995, to set goals to reduce impaired driving and to set strategies on this matter for 2005. Each workshop's report and recommendations as drafted and presented are given. Each NHTSA region held an impaired driving town meeting during the week of February 13. Appendix C includes a report from each of these town meetings.
