Pattern of pedestrian traffic in a town centre. Lecture at a continuation course in town building entitled “Town Center- Pedestrian Center”.

The lecture gives the present situation in our town-centers from a safety point of view. In particular emphasis was laid on the position of the pedestrian and the bicyclist. Methods for the planning of separated pedestrian systems and methods for the segregation of traffic and pedestrians are presented.
