Samenvatting
A pavement maintenance and rehabilitation strategy selection expert system has been developed. The system has been developed on a micro computer using a combination of an expert system shell for the implementation of the knowledge and algorithmic routines for the evaluation of certain qualifiers that are used in the decision making process. This paper discusses the development of the validation and field testing program and outlines some of the preliminary results.
