TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 1940 examines how five states apply pavement management system data to monitor the performance of pavements under warranty, the development of customer-based standards for ride quality, ultrasonic technology to evaluate top-down cracks in asphalt pavement, accelerated fatigue tests on full-scale concrete slabs under constant cyclic loading, and more.
