TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 1990 includes17 papers that explore gray theory-based prediction of pavement smoothness, condition measurement, a damage model to analyze stabilized soil layers, the length of the resurfacing cycle, videologging, and long-term pavement restoration. This issue of the TRR also examines calculating the runway pavement classification number, quality assurance and quality control, maintenance contracts, life-cycle cost analysis, frost effects, and service life of Long-Term Pavement Performance Program pavements.
