Samenvatting
The OECD Expert Group on "Second Generation Investments: Maintenance and management of Pavements" states here the experience grained in the field of Pavement Management Systems. In this report only the aspects related to maintenance are considered, i.e. the activities undertaken to preserve the surface and the structural quality of the pavement in such a way that the benefit to society is maximised or the total costs minimised.
