Samenvatting
Traffic offences and road accidents constitute a very complicated social problem. The problem of the pedestrian, which is part of the former and everything connected with the relation between the pedestrian and vehicles and the consequences thereof, entangle and complicate the problem even further. As is shown in almost all cases there can be found an element of contributory negligence in the occurrence of the accident on the part of the pedestrian.
