Five alternative schemes for improving pedestrian, public transport and environmental conditions inside the inner ring road, all of which are capable of being implemented in part within about a year and in full at the most a few years. Each of the schemes is designed to increase the areas where pedestrians have priority, to reduce bus delays, to lessen traffic conflicts.
