Samenvatting
The primary object of this study was to develop a model performance budgeting system for highway maintenance, thereby considering factors of work load, criteria for establishment of maintenance levels, procedures for management planning, evaluation, and control. Simplicity and economy of installation and operation of the system were also considered.
