TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Report 598: Performance-Related Tests of Recycled Aggregates for Use in Unbound Pavement Layers explores performance-related procedures to test and select recycled hot-mix asphalt and portland cement concrete materials for use in unbound layers of highway pavements.
