Samenvatting

Classic and modified perspective-taking tests were given to children, aged 3 to 7. In the classic task, children were asked to select pictures showing how block arrays looked to them and to an experimenter seated opposite them. In the modified task, the child and/or the experimenter wore coloured glasses and the child was asked to describe how a white card appeared to each of them. The results of these tests are discussed.
