In May 1985 the Perth Bikeplan was introduced. Its main objectives were (1) to improve the safety and convenience of cycling in Perth, and (2) to promote the bicycle as a means of transport and recreation. This report sets out the major conclusionsand recommendations of the Bikeplan Team.
