The need of a reliable and convienent photometer to replace the classic but cumbersome darkroom tunnel method of testing reflex-reflective sign materials has long been desired.The inspection of materials and enforcement of specifications requires a device which can provide fast, accurate and repeatable results in agreement with several established criteria.
