Since the 1970's a periodical research has been carried out in the Netherlands into the drinking and driving behaviour of car drivers during the evenings and nights in the weekend. In 1987 the last research was held and this time an additional research was carried out into the drinking and driving behaviour tuesday, wednesday and thursday not alone for car drivers but also for moped riders and cyclists. Results are presented and further research is stressed.
