Samenvatting
Prior to conducting a major research project into pedestrian accidents two pilot studies were conducted. The Sydney Road Study utilises the database prepared from police accident reports but demonstrates the need for a more in-depth approach. The hospital study pilots a procedure to interview accident victims seen in the hospital.
