Samenvatting
Fundamental principles of a logical regulation of road traffic are given. Much attention is paid to traffic situations at intersections and in particular priority problems are analyzed. Examples of experiences with off side priority in several countries are given. Finally several regulations of the Geneva convention on road safety regarding the obligation to respect fellow-road users are given.
