Samenvatting
The 1971 OECD report on the evaluation of road safety publicity campaigns, in which some thirty security campaigns, carried out in twelve European countries, in the U.S.A. and in Canada over the last twenty years are examined, is discussed. Critical observations are made about the deficiencies of these campaigns.
