Samenvatting

Key elements of DRT planning are discussed and common pitfalls are identified. Three fundamental items are necessary for the achievement of comprehensive DRT planning, which are listed. For effective implementation control certain other key elements must be incorporated such as the arrangement of plans to fall into natural phases. Recently developed supply models are outlined, and economic planning, the required level of technology, and operator selection and personnel are reviewed.
