Samenvatting
This report gives a survey of the preventive results of police actions. Therefore an announced tyre control was held by the police in the town Groningen. The town Leeuwarden was functioning as city of control for a comparative examination. By means of a sampling of the drivers of these 2 towns which were driving with smooth tyres, the investigators tried to measure the effect of the police action. Some measures were recommended.
