Since the introduction of the Dutch Public Traffic Fund in 1970 a lot of discussions was held in the Houses of Parliament on this Fund. The main purpose of the Fund was to create a certain reserve for road construction and for provisions for public and private transport. This booklet gives an overview of these discussions.
